Can I get on and off as many times as I want?
Yes, that's the point. Your ticket is valid for unlimited hops within the chosen duration (24h or 48h from first scan).
Is the bus wheelchair accessible?
City Tour specifically advertises wheelchair-accessible buses with boarding ramps. Bus Turistic has low-floor buses on most routes. Contact the operator in advance if you have specific needs.
Where is the best stop to start?
Plaça Catalunya is the main hub for both operators and the most popular starting point. It's central, easy to reach by metro, and both bus routes depart from there.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. All three resellers (GetYourGuide, Tiqets, Headout) provide mobile vouchers. Show the QR code on your phone to the driver.
What happens if it rains?
Buses run rain or shine. The lower deck is covered, so you can ride comfortably in bad weather. Your ticket validity doesn't pause for rain.
Are there night tours?
Both operators offer summer night tours (typically June–September) with departures around 21:30 from Plaça Catalunya. Night tours are separately priced at around €22 for adults.
Can I cancel my ticket?

Is the bus safe for small children?
